Seller agrees to submit a fair and accurate description of any and all items for sale. Geosynthetics Consulting (GC) will list qualifying items for three (3) months or until the item is sold. Seller must inform GC when the listing is sold or otherwise no longer for sale. The seller may remove any listing at any time by emailing instructions with the item number to GeoETrade@Geosyn.biz, without charge.
All potential buyers will respond directly to GC. GC will then pass the potential buyer’s contact information to the seller. On successful completion of the sale, the seller is to remit an agent’s fee of 5% of the selling price within 10 working days of the confirmation of sale. GC is not responsible for any misleading information on part of the buyer or seller and is acting as an agent only for the purpose of each sale.
